Erica is a Senior Practice Optimization Specialist and Registered Nurse within Yale Medicine Administration with over 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. Beyond her professional work, she is a creative at heart. She sings in a band called “Flip The Tables” and perform in an acoustic duo, “Flipping Roses”. She enjoys crocheting and crafting, and she loves bringing creativity to life through event planning and staff engagement initiatives. She is a proud mom, wife, and dog-mom, and she values balance, connection, and community both personally and professionally.

Professionally, Jury works as a Dermatology Coordinator at Yale University, where she is passionate about fostering collaboration, inclusion, and excellence in patient care. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and wife to her wonderful spouse, she understands the importance of creating welcoming and supportive spaces where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with her 2 kids, and caring for her 14 chickens and 2 dogs. She looks forward to working alongside our members to celebrate, support, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.
